This bowl has a very sweet and relaxing, but slightly sharp sound. It is recommended to use this bowl as a starter (and/or between different phases) in private sound healing sessions. This bowl is also good for personal and group meditation practice.
It plays very easy by rubbing the rim with the wooden part of the playing stick and brings up a very high pitch that could be used in space cleansing. This bowl is equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners.
