19th century
Heavy thick-walled Thadobati. Once being stroke, it plays a very interesting pattern created by emission of relatively fast pulsating fundamental and even faster pulsations of overtone. This bowl could be used as a perfect tool for brain entrainment and hypnosis. A good instrument to dig into subconsciousness and well-hidden memories, but it will also take a good place with other bowls for group sound healing sessions. Good instrument for both beginners and advanced level practitioners.
Easily plays the fundamental tone with suede padded end of the mallet or overtone when being rubbed with the wooden end.
