Medium size medium thick wall Thadobati. Very calming enigmatic sound of this instrument makes the listener calm and grounded. The ranges of monaural beats of fundamental are associated with the Delta brain wave pattern. That’s why it’s recommended to use this bowl in private healing sessions, however, it’s also great to use for group meditations. Good instrument for both beginners and advanced level practitioners.
Easily plays the fundamental tone with suede padded end of the mallet or overtone when being rubbed with the wooden end.
