This bowl plays effortlessly the low tone when you rub the rim with the large suede padded mallet and by choosing a smaller diameter rubbing mallet you can easily play the overtone. An excellent tool to use for personal and group meditations, self, and private healing work. This instrument is equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners.
