Medium size Manipuri with a medium thickness of the wall and deep grounding sound. It's easy to relax and proceed to inner work following this combination of tones. Very hypnotizing sound. Good for personal and group meditations, perfect to play one of the main roles in private healing sessions. This bowl is equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners. It’s very easy to play this bowl by rubbing it with either suede padded or wooden end of the rubbing mallet.
