The ranges of monaural beats of fundamental and first overtone are associated with the Theta and Delta brain wave patterns. That’s why it’s recommended to use this bowl in private healing sessions, however, it’s also great to use for group meditations. Good instrument for both beginners and advanced level practitioners.
Easily plays the fundamental tone with a suede padded end of the mallet or overtone when being rubbed with the wooden end.
