Excellent placement of this bowl would be three-four inches below the client's feet (in a lying position) if you decide to use it as a grounding bowl. Strike it with the soft heavy mallet for the grounding effect. It will bring a very strong effect by being placed and rubbed on the chest area or back and shoulders area. This bowl is equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners.
