This gentle, calming sound could help anyone to let go of anxiety and relax almost immediately. Another perfectly harmonized instrument. The dominating frequency of the fundamental tone is third-octave G# (Sol#), concert pitch! The first overtone is 11Hertz above the note D# (Re#) of the fifth octave. It's an excellent instrument for group meditations and private healing sessions. This bowl is also good for leading ceremonies.
It plays very easy by rubbing the rim with the suede-covered part of the playing stick. This bowl is equally good for beginners and experienced practitioners.
