Thin-wall lightweight  Jambati. This bowl has calming, grounding sound. The ideal combination of tones to place the listener into a zone of trust.
This bowl is very close to the sonic perfection, look at the ratios of the frequencies. The first overtone ratio relative to the fundamental is 2.98, and the second overtone is very close to being an octave above the first one, and the ratio between these overtones is 1.94.
It is recommended to use this bowl for personal meditation practice (ideal for exercising "Listening to the separate tones" and "Listening with your body"). It is a very good tool for the healing work as well and could be used for grounding and massaging. Also, this bowl could find a good place with other instruments in group meditations.
Good instrument for both beginners and advanced level practitioners.
